Brief History of Favourites Private Schools
Favourites Private Schools is an educational institution established by the direction of Almighty God and in the obedience to the call of God to bring up and nurture generation of Godly children for the next generation. The institution was established in 2015 but the call was received in 1999 by the proprietor.
Favourites Private Schools has it campus located at Ikoga – Ile old road, Thoriki, Bandu, Ado Odo, Ogun State.
Admission into Favourites Private Schools is open to children between ages one (1) and upwards.

3 years to 4 years Nursery 1 & 2
5 years to 10 years BASIC 1 – 6
11 years to 14 years BASIC/GRADE 7-9 (JSS 1-3)
14 years to 18 years GRADE 10-12 (SSS 1-3)
The Motto of the school is “God: Our Source of Wisdom.”
Favourites Private Schools is a school that caters for all categories of pupils and students, physically challenged students inclusive. The location and the environment of the school is highly conducive for learning and free from distraction and noise making.
The school has a model and attractive stock and functional library with a professional librarian handling it. The library was arranged using Dewey Decimal Classification for easy accessibility and retrieval of the collections by the students and staff. The school facilities include: Audio-visual equipments, state – of – the – art classrooms and library, science laboratories, fine art studio, sick bay, computer/ICTs room connected with Internet for the improvement of students and staff, music laboratory, entrepreneur studio, language and phonology room, playing ground, swimming pool, basket ball court, very good and neat toilets (for males/females) students and teachers, hostels as well as conference rooms.
The school offers subjects like English Language (Verbal Aptitude), Mathematics (Quantitative Reasoning), Science, Social studies, Christian Religion Knowledge (CRS), Moral Instruction, Dictation, Handwriting, Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) courses, Music, Fine Art, Business studies, Agricultural science, Wood work, Technical Drawing (TD), Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, French Language, Library science, Physical and Health Education, Home Economics, Short Hand, and Entrepreneur skills (making soap such as liquid, detergent, and bar, shampoo, germicide, insecticides, poultry, fishery etc) in lower and Junior schools, while subjects like Physics, Biology, Further Mathematics, Chemistry, Accounting, Commerce, Literature in English, TD, Economics, Government, etc are inculcated into the Senior Classes.
There are also extra curriculum activities every week where pupils and students are enjoyed to choose from and it is compulsory for every child in favorites schools. These include: Young Farmers’ Club, Mathematics Club, Boys scout and Girls Guide Club, Creative Writers’ Club, Red Cross Club, Press/News Club, Brownies Club, School Choir, Cultural and Dance Club, Chorography Club, Science Club, Sport Club, Library/Readers’ Club, and JESUS’ Club.
All these clubs members are guided through a mentor and assistance during the weekly activities. The school also maintains teacher-students mentorship programmes weekly. This helps in bringing up each child academically, morally and spiritually throughout their stay in Favourites.
As we all known that every child is a favorites and gift from God, our teachers are highly qualified, motivated and well paid to offer qualitative services to these children. Morals and discipline are maintained in and outside the school premises in order to enhance peace and orderliness of our students and staffs.
Lastly, on security, God is our security spiritually, but also provide security guards to watch over these children physically.
